  • 1 cup Thai Basil, chopped
  • 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Chili Flakes
  • 10 sheets Rice Paper Wrappers
  • 1 cup Vegetables (Carrots, Cucumber, etc.), thinly sliced
  • For the Dipping Sauce (optional):
  • 2 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Chili flakes

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until thoroughly cooked.
  2. Stir in soy sauce, chili flakes, and chopped Thai basil until well combined and fragrant.
  3. Soak each rice paper wrapper in warm water for 10-15 seconds until pliable but not too soft.
  4. Place a spoonful of the beef filling and a few vegetable slices on the lower third of the wrapper.
  5. Fold in the sides and roll tightly from the bottom up to secure the filling.
  6. Arrange the rolls on a serving platter and serve with your dipping sauce on the side.
