  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika (Offers smoky depth.)
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder (Enhances flavor.)

Instructions

  1. Mash the avocado in a large bowl until mostly smooth, leaving some chunks for texture.
  2. Combine chickpeas, red onion, bell pepper, jalapeño, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper into the bowl. Stir gently.
  3. Warm the tortillas by heating them in a skillet or microwaving for about 10-15 seconds.
