- 9 sheets Lasagna Noodles
- 1 lb Shrimp
- 8 oz Crab Meat
- 15 oz Ricotta Cheese
- 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1 cup Alfredo Sauce
- 3 cloves Garlic
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
- 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley
Instructions
- Begin by boiling salted water in a large pot. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and cool them on a flat surface to prevent sticking.
- In a mixing bowl, combine your chopped shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, half of the Alfredo sauce, and minced garlic. Season the mixture with salt and pepper, stirring well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Begin spreading a layer of Alfredo sauce at the bottom of your baking dish. On each noodle, place about 1/4 cup of the seafood filling, then carefully roll it up tightly, ensuring the seam side is down. Repeat this until all the noodles are filled and rolled.
- Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the assembled roll-ups. Top it all off with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese for that perfect melty finish.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes. After this, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown on top.
- Allow the roll-ups to cool slightly after baking. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley to add a pop of color and fresh flavor, then slice and serve warm to enjoy!
