Ingredients
Scale
- 8 rice paper wrappers
- 1 cup firm tofu, finely crumbled
- 1 cup cabbage, finely shredded
- 1/2 cup carrots, grated
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil (for frying)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine tofu, cabbage, carrots, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic. Mix well until everything is evenly combined.
- Fill a shallow bowl with warm water. Soak 1 rice paper wrapper in the water for 10-20 seconds until just soft and pliable.
- Lay the softened rice paper wrapper on a clean surface. Place 2 tablespoons of the filling mixture in the center, then fold the sides and roll up to form a dumpling. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
- Heat vegetable oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place dumplings seam-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
