Scale
- 1 cup Warm Water (Between 105°F – 115°F)
- 2 tbsp Granulated Sugar (Can substitute with honey or agave)
- 1 tsp Salt (Essential for flavor)
- 2 tsp Yeast (Instant or active dry yeast works)
- 3 cups All-Purpose Flour (Substitute with whole wheat for nuttier flavor)
- 1/2 cup Melted Butter (Half for greasing, half for brushing)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (finely grated) (Can substitute with pecorino or omit)
- 1 tsp Garlic Salt (Use fresh minced garlic for more intensity)

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine warm water, yeast, sugar, and salt. Let this mixture rest for 5-10 minutes until it becomes bubbly and frothy.

- Preheat your oven to 350°F and line the sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Melt half of the butter and pour it into your pan. Press the dough from the center outward until it covers the pan. Pour remaining butter on top.
- Evenly sprinkle with Parmesan, garlic salt, and Italian seasoning.
- Let the dough sit for 15-20 minutes to rise again.
- Slice the dough into breadstick sizes and bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow the breadsticks to cool slightly before serving.
