Ingredients

  • 2 cups Rotini Pasta
  • 1 cup Sliced Pepperoni
  • 1 cup Diced Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup Sliced Black Olives
  • 1 cup Diced Green Bell Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Finely Chopped Red Onion
  • 1 cup Italian Dressing
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and add the rotini pasta. Cook until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
  2. Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta with sliced pepperoni, diced mozzarella cheese, cherry tomatoes, sliced black olives, diced green bell pepper, and finely chopped red onion.
  3. Dress the Salad: Drizzle Italian dressing generously over the pasta mixture. Toss everything together gently to ensure each ingredient is coated evenly.
