Instructions

  1. Beat the cream cheese on medium speed until smooth, about 1 minute.
  2. Incorporate the powdered sugar and peppermint extract, beating until well combined, about 30 seconds.
  3. Gently add the Cool Whip and beat until combined, about 1 minute.
  4. Fold in the Andes Peppermint Crunch Baking Chips and transfer to a serving bowl. Chill for a bit.
  5. Serve with chocolate graham crackers and chocolate-covered pretzels for dipping.
