Instructions
- Shred the beef into thin strips for even drying.
- Dehydrate the shredded beef until completely dry, about 6 hours.
- Grind the dried beef into a fine powder.
- Mix powdered beef with rendered beef fat until cohesive.
- Add dried berries and salt, mixing evenly.
- Press mixture into a mold and let cool for 30 minutes.
- Cut into bites and store in an airtight container.
