Description

These Ooey-Gooey Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps are packed with flavor, easy to make, and perfect for any occasion. Enjoy juicy chicken, melty cheese, and fragrant garlic in every bite.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 14 oz.), diced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh chives
  • 4 large flour tortillas (burrito size)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Prep & Cook the Chicken: Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil. Add the diced chicken, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Sauté for 6-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 more minute until fragrant. Remove from heat and let cool for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Prepare the Cheesy Filling: In a bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella, cheddar, parsley, and chives. Mix until creamy and well blended. Stir in the cooked chicken and garlic until everything is evenly coated and ooey-gooey.
  3. Assemble the Wraps: Lay a tortilla flat. Spoon a quarter of the chicken-cheese mixture into the center. Fold the sides over, then roll up tightly. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  4. Toast and Serve: Mix melted butter and garlic powder together and brush over each wrap. Heat a clean skillet over medium heat. Place wraps seam-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese inside is melted. Slice in half and serve immediately—enjoy the gooey magic!

Notes

  • For juicier chicken, marinate the diced breasts in a tablespoon of olive oil and your favorite herbs for 1 hour before cooking.
  • Swap in rotisserie or leftover shredded chicken to save time on busy nights.
  • Lightly crisping the wraps under a broiler adds even more crunch—keep an eye out so they don’t burn.
