Instructions
- Combine rolled oats, peanut butter, honey, chia seeds or flaxseeds, raisins, and chocolate chips (if using) in a large bowl.
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1-inch in diameter.
- Place the energy bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow them to firm up.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
