Instructions

- Stir in the cooked and drained sausage, shredded cheese, and maple syrup until evenly distributed.
- Spoon the batter evenly into the mini muffin pans, filling each cup about three-quarters full.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until the tops are lightly browned.
- Let the bites cool slightly before removing them from the pans. Serve warm.
