- 3 large Egg whites (At room temperature)
- 1 cup Granulated sugar (Add gradually)
- 1 teaspoon Cream of tartar
- 1 cup Christmas sprinkles (Use different colors as desired)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 230°F.
- Prepare baking sheets by lining them with parchment paper.
- Whip the egg whites using an electric mixer until frothy and soft peaks form.
- Gradually add the granulated sugar, one tablespoon at a time.
- Mix on high speed for another minute until sugar is dissolved.
- Incorporate the cream of tartar and mix well.
- Continue whipping until stiff peaks form, about 4-5 minutes.
- Add green food coloring to achieve desired shade.
- Pipe the meringue into circular wreath shapes on the prepared sheets.
- Sprinkle with Christmas sprinkles and additional decorations.
- Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
- Turn off the oven and leave meringues inside for another hour.
- Store in an airtight container or zip-top bag.
