Delicious Mediterranean Spinach and Feta Cheese Crisps Recipe

- 2 cups Fresh Spinach (Chopped and well-drained)
- 1 cup Feta Cheese (Crumbled)
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese (Shredded)
- 1 large Egg (Can substitute with a flax egg for vegans)
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
- optional Herbs/Spices (Such as basil or red pepper flakes)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Rinse and chop the spinach into fine pieces and ensure it’s well-drained.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine spinach, feta, mozzarella, egg, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and herbs/spices. Mix well.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a lined baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until edges are golden brown and crispy.
- Let crisps cool for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
