Description

Marry Me Chicken Ramen is a dish that combines tender chicken, vibrant sun-dried tomatoes, and slurp-worthy ramen noodles in just 30 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 pieces Chicken Breasts
  • 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon Chili Flakes
  • 4 cups Chicken Stock
  • 1 cup Single Cream
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan
  • to taste Ground Pepper
  • to taste Flaky Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 packs Ramen Noodles

Instructions

  1. Coat the chicken breasts in flour. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the chicken for about 4 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove the chicken and set aside.
  2. In the same pan, add garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, smoked paprika, chili flakes, and oregano. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the chicken stock and single cream, mixing well. Stir in the grated parmesan until fully dissolved.
  4. Return the sautéed chicken to the pan. Cover and let it cook for an additional 5 minutes or until cooked through. Slice the chicken once done.
  5. Season the broth with salt, pepper, and sugar to taste, then mix in the ramen noodles, cooking as per package instructions until tender.
  6. Divide the ramen into bowls, topping each with sliced chicken and desired garnishes. Drizzle with chili oil if you like.
