- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 pieces Chicken Breasts
- 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1/2 cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon Chili Flakes
- 4 cups Chicken Stock
- 1 cup Single Cream
- 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan
- to taste Ground Pepper
- to taste Flaky Salt
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 2 packs Ramen Noodles
Instructions
- Coat the chicken breasts in flour. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the chicken for about 4 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove the chicken and set aside.
- In the same pan, add garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, smoked paprika, chili flakes, and oregano. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken stock and single cream, mixing well. Stir in the grated parmesan until fully dissolved.
- Return the sautéed chicken to the pan. Cover and let it cook for an additional 5 minutes or until cooked through. Slice the chicken once done.
- Season the broth with salt, pepper, and sugar to taste, then mix in the ramen noodles, cooking as per package instructions until tender.
- Divide the ramen into bowls, topping each with sliced chicken and desired garnishes. Drizzle with chili oil if you like.
