Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter
  • 3/4 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 cups White chocolate melting wafers
  • 1 cup Holly berry sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Chill Dough: Prepare the cookie dough by mixing all ingredients until combined. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) while the dough chills.
  3. Prepare Baking Sheet: Weigh out 1.5-ounce portions of dough and place them on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for about 12 minutes until edges are firm.
  5. Cool: Let the cookies cool completely on a wire rack.
  6. Melt Chocolate: Melt the white chocolate wafers at 50% power, stirring every 30 seconds.
  7. Dip Cookies: Dip each cooled cookie half into the melted chocolate and allow excess to drip off.
  8. Drizzle and Decorate: Drizzle remaining melted chocolate over cookies and sprinkle with holly berry decorations.
