Description

A creamy, cheesy, and spicy Jalapeño Popper Dip topped with crispy breadcrumbs and baked to perfection—a perfect party appetizer or game day snack.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 5 jalapeño peppers, seeded and diced
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, diced jalapeños, cooked bacon, green onions, and garlic powder. Mix until well combined.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  4. In a separate small bowl, mix the panko breadcrumbs with the melted butter. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the dip.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
  6. Allow the dip to cool slightly before serving. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
