Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Roll out the pie crust on a lightly floured surface. Use a round cutter to create mini rounds, about 3 inches in diameter.
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend the pumpkin puree, sugar, cinnamon, and egg until smooth.
  3. Spoon a generous amount of the filling onto one pie round.
  4. Place another round on top and gently press the edges to seal.
  5. Using a sharp knife, carefully cut jack-o’-lantern faces into the top pie layer.
  6. Arrange the assembled pops on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 20-25 minutes.
  8. Once baked, let them cool slightly on a wire rack. Serve warm or at room temperature.
