- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup mini marshmallows (for topping)
- Assorted dippers: strawberries, pretzels, cookies, or graham crackers
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, add the chocolate chips, heavy cream, and milk.
- Stir continuously until the chocolate chips are completely melted and the mixture is smooth, about 5 minutes.
- Whisk in the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until fully combined.
- Continue heating for 2–3 more minutes, stirring occasionally, until the dip is thick and glossy.
- Transfer the hot chocolate dip to a serving bowl. Top with mini marshmallows and serve immediately with assorted dippers.
