Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C).
- Mash the bananas in a large bowl until smooth, then stir in the unsweetened applesauce.
- Add the vanilla extract and ground cinnamon to the banana mixture. Mix well.
- Incorporate the oats into the banana mixture, stirring until evenly distributed.
- Pour in the almond milk, and gently fold in your choice of raisins, nuts, or dark chocolate chunks.
- Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or lightly greasing it.
- Scoop spoonfuls of the cookie mixture onto the baking sheet, flattening them slightly.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until the cookies are firm and lightly golden.
- Cool the cookies on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack.
- Serve these delightful treats once cooled and enjoy guilt-free!
