Ingredients

  • 20 Plain Toothpicks (Soak in water for 20 minutes)
  • 1/2 cup Teriyaki Sauce (Can replace with soy sauce mixed with ginger)
  • 1/4 cup Sweet Chili Sauce (Adjust according to spice preference)
  • 2 tbsp Honey (Adjust based on desired sweetness)
  • 1/4 cup Pineapple Juice (Use reserved juice from canned pineapple)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Assemble the bites: Place a slice of kielbasa on the baking sheet and top each with a juicy pineapple chunk.
  3. Whisk together teriyaki sauce, sweet chili sauce, honey, and pineapple juice to create a glaze.
  4. Brush the glaze generously over each kielbasa and pineapple piece, then insert a toothpick into each piece.
  5. Bake for 15–20 minutes until heated through and slightly caramelized.
