- 2 tbsp Honey (Adjust based on desired sweetness)
- 1/4 cup Pineapple Juice (Use reserved juice from canned pineapple)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Assemble the bites: Place a slice of kielbasa on the baking sheet and top each with a juicy pineapple chunk.
- Whisk together teriyaki sauce, sweet chili sauce, honey, and pineapple juice to create a glaze.
- Brush the glaze generously over each kielbasa and pineapple piece, then insert a toothpick into each piece.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until heated through and slightly caramelized.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
