  • 4 lamb chops
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add lamb chops to the bowl and coat them with the marinade. Let sit for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Sear the lamb chops for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Adjust time for desired doneness.
  5. Remove lamb chops from the skillet and set aside.
  6. Melt butter in the same skillet over medium heat.
  7. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  8. Stir in chopped parsley.
  9. Pour the garlic butter sauce over the lamb chops.
  10. Serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can add a splash of white wine to the garlic butter sauce.
