- 12 oz (340 g) penne pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) chicken broth
- 1/2 cup (50 g) grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- While the pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken pieces and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 5-6 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth, stirring to deglaze the pan. Simmer for 2-3 minutes to combine flavors.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet. Toss everything together and stir in grated Parmesan cheese.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve hot.
