  • 1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a small baking dish (e.g., 5×5-inch or a ramekin) or prepare a microwave-safe mug.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the chocolate protein powder, unsweetened cocoa powder, almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Whisk well to remove any lumps and ensure even distribution.
  3. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, maple syrup, almond milk, and egg until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture. Gently mix with a spatula until just combined, avoiding overmixing. Fold in the mini chocolate chips, if using.
  5. Transfer the batter to your prepared baking dish or mug, spreading evenly.
