Ingredients

- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tbsp fresh dill or parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine cucumbers, avocados, and broccoli.
- In a separate bowl, mix sour cream, lemon juice, dill or parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and mix gently.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
