- Start by washing and slicing the cucumbers into even pieces; halving the cherry tomatoes will make assembly much easier and keep everything compact on the skewers.
- Crumble the feta cheese into bite-sized pieces, ensuring they fit nicely onto the skewers for a balanced presentation and flavorful bites.
- Joyfully alternate threading the cucumber, feta, and cherry tomatoes onto skewers, creating a colorful and appetizing display.
- In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, chopped herbs, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Gently place the assembled skewers in a dish, drizzle the marinade over them, and let them sit for at least 15 minutes.
- Arrange the skewers on a lovely platter and garnish them with additional fresh herbs if desired.
