- 32 oz Frozen Tater Tots
- 1 lb Sausage
- 6 large Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 tsp Kosher Salt
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Granulated Garlic
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1.5 cups Shredded Cheese
- 0.5 cup Additional Shredded Cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter.
- Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium-high heat, crumbling it as it browns for about 5–7 minutes.
- Arrange the frozen tater tots evenly in the greased baking dish. Sprinkle the browned sausage over the tater tots, followed by 1½ cups of shredded cheese. Stir gently to combine.
- Whisk together the eggs, milk, kosher salt, black pepper, granulated garlic, and onion powder until smooth. Pour evenly over the tater tots and sausage layer.
- Top with the remaining ½ cup of shredded cheese.
- Bake covered with foil for 50 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 20-25 minutes until set and golden brown.

- For a plant-based option, use flax eggs and non-dairy milk.
