- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1½ cups cranberries
- ½ cup sugar
- ¼ cup water
- 1 tsp lemon zest (for cranberry sauce)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Graham crackers, cookies, or fruit for serving
Instructions
- In a saucepan, cook cranberries, sugar, and water over medium heat until berries burst and sauce thickens (8–10 minutes). Stir in zest and vanilla. Cool completely.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon juice, and zest until smooth.
- Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread cheesecake mixture in a serving dish and swirl cooled cranberry sauce over the top.
- Chill for 30 minutes and serve with graham crackers or fruit.
