Description

Creamy, tangy cheesecake dip swirled with homemade cranberry sauce and bright lemon zest. A festive, no-bake dessert perfect for parties and holidays.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1½ cups cranberries
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 tsp lemon zest (for cranberry sauce)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Graham crackers, cookies, or fruit for serving

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, cook cranberries, sugar, and water over medium heat until berries burst and sauce thickens (8–10 minutes). Stir in zest and vanilla. Cool completely.
  2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon juice, and zest until smooth.
  3. Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Spread cheesecake mixture in a serving dish and swirl cooled cranberry sauce over the top.
  5. Chill for 30 minutes and serve with graham crackers or fruit.
