Description

A creamy and refreshing crab pasta salad featuring a zesty lemon Old Bay dressing, perfect for warm weather gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound pasta, cooked and cooled
  • 1 pound crab meat, lump or claw
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked and cooled pasta with the crab meat.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, and Old Bay seasoning until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the pasta and crab meat.
  4. Add the chopped celery, red onion, and dill to the bowl.
