Instructions

- In a large bowl, mash bananas. Stir in melted butter, vanilla extract, and egg.
- Add baking soda, salt, and flour. Mix until combined.
- Stir in sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- Gradually pour in milk and mix until smooth.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- To make the swirl, mix 1/4 cup sugar with 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Sprinkle evenly over the batter.
- Use a knife to gently swirl the cinnamon-sugar mixture into the batter.
- Bake for 60-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
