Ingredients

- 2 cups cranberries
- 1 orange, juiced and zested
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- In a pot, combine cranberries, orange juice, zest, sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and water.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Reduce heat and simmer for about 15-20 minutes until cranberries burst and mixture thickens.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
- Allow to cool completely before storing in the refrigerator.
Notes
- This jam makes a great gift.
- Use it on toast, scones, or as part of a cheeseboard.
- Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
