Description

Experience the warmth of Cherry Earl Grey Milk Tea, blending bold Earl Grey flavors with sweet cherries for a comforting drink.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 bags Earl Grey tea
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Cherries
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 12 teaspoons Vanilla syrup
  • 1 stick Cinnamon (Optional)
  • Ice (Optional for iced version)

Instructions

  1. Simmer pitted and halved cherries in 1/2 cup of water for 3-5 minutes until softened. Add a cinnamon stick and steep for an additional 5 minutes.
  2. Boil another 1/2 cup of water and steep your Earl Grey tea for 3-5 minutes, then remove the tea bag or strain the leaves.
  3. Pour 1/2 cup of your chosen milk into the saucepan with the warm cherries. Heat gently, stirring until warmed through. Sweeten to taste with 1-2 teaspoons of vanilla syrup.
  4. In a cup, pour the brewed Earl Grey tea. Strain the warm milk and cherry mixture into the same cup, pressing on the cherries to extract their juice. Stir well to combine.
  5. Optionally, top your drink with foamed milk, fresh cherries, or a sprinkle of cinnamon.
