Ingredients

  • 2 cups Fresh Spinach (use baby spinach for tenderness)
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese (ensure softened)
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated finely)
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder (adjust to taste)

  • 1 package Puff Pastry (thawed completely)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet, wilt fresh spinach sprinkled with garlic powder over medium heat for about 2 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, blend softened cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, salt, and pepper together until smooth.
  4. On a lightly floured surface, roll out your puff pastry sheets into rectangular shapes.
  5. Spread the spinach-cheese mixture over the pastry, leaving a ½-inch border, then roll tightly.
  6. Chill the rolled pastry in the refrigerator for 10 minutes before slicing into 1-inch pinwheels.
