Instructions
- Prepare Crust: Begin by finely crushing the pork rinds until they resemble breadcrumbs. Mix them with melted butter and press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a baking dish, creating a solid base.
- Make Filling: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream, and any optional sweetener and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Combine: Pour the creamy filling carefully over the prepared crust, ensuring even distribution for uniform baking.
