  • 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/4 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
  • 1 (8 ounce) can refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo wing sauce, and ranch dressing. Mix well.
  3. Stir in the mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, and blue cheese (if using) into the chicken mixture.
  4. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 triangles.
  5. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the buffalo chicken mixture onto the wider end of each crescent roll triangle.
  6. Fold the narrower end of the dough over the filling and pinch the edges together to seal the pocket.
  7. Place the sealed buffalo chicken pizza pockets onto the prepared baking sheet.
  8. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with the garlic powder. Brush the tops of the pizza pockets with the garlic butter mixture.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
