A creamy, spicy Buffalo Chicken Dip classic, perfect for parties and game day snacking. Made with tender shredded chicken, tangy buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and cheddar for a rich and irresistible crowd-pleaser.

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Tortilla chips or celery sticks, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a medium baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, buffalo wing sauce, and ranch dressing until well combined and creamy.
  3. Stir in the shredded chicken, 3/4 cup of the cheddar cheese, and half of the blue cheese.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese and blue cheese on top.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes until hot and bubbly. Garnish with sliced green onions.
  6. Serve warm with tortilla chips or celery sticks.
