- 1 medium Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes
- 15 oz Tomato Sauce
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1 tsp Dried Basil

- 1 cup Elbow Macaroni
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat over medium-high and brown the ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks until it’s fully cooked and no longer pink, about 6-8 minutes.
- Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until the onion is soft and translucent.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Allow the mixture to simmer gently for about 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, bring a pot of salted water to a boil, then cook elbow macaroni according to package instructions, usually about 7-8 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Gently fold the cooked macaroni into the beef mixture until everything is well combined.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the mixture in the skillet. Cover with a lid and let it sit for around 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Dish out the hot Beefaroni onto plates and enjoy!
