Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound salmon fillet
  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Tear off four large pieces of aluminum foil, one for each salmon fillet.
  3. Place a salmon fillet in the center of each foil piece.
  4. Arrange a portion of asparagus spears next to the salmon.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and asparagus.
  6. Sprinkle with minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  7. Top the salmon with a lemon slice.
  8. Fold the foil to create sealed packets.
  9. Place the foil packets on a baking sheet.
  10. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily.
