Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Toast the pie crust in the oven until golden brown.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, whip heavy cream and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture.
  6. Pour the mixture into the cooled pie crust.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  8. Top with chopped peanuts if desired before serving.

Notes

  • Don’t leave the crust under the broiler unattended.
