A delightful Amish Peanut Butter Cream Pie that is soft and sweet.

- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Toast the pie crust in the oven until golden brown.
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the cooled pie crust.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Top with chopped peanuts if desired before serving.
Notes
- Don’t leave the crust under the broiler unattended.
- Use creamy peanut butter for the best texture.
- This pie is best served chilled.
