  • 1 cup Shredded Carrots
  • 1 cup Finely Chopped Cabbage
  • 1 cup Tofu
  • 2 tablespoons Green Onion
  • 1 tablespoon Grated Ginger
  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Shaoxing Wine
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil

Instructions

  1. Soak one rice paper sheet in warm water for 10–15 seconds until soft and pliable.
  2. Place the softened rice paper on a damp surface and add a layer of cooked vermicelli noodles, followed by shredded carrots, finely chopped cabbage, and your choice of protein in the center.
  3. Fold in the sides and roll the rice paper tightly, similar to wrapping a burrito.
  4. Lightly spray each roll with oil to achieve crispiness.
  5. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and arrange the rolls seam-side down, air frying for 8–10 minutes.
