- 1 cup Cooked Vermicelli Noodles
- 1 cup Shredded Carrots
- 1 cup Finely Chopped Cabbage
- 1 cup Tofu
- 2 tablespoons Green Onion

- 2 cloves Minced Garlic
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Shaoxing Wine
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 spray Oil Spray
Instructions
- Soak one rice paper sheet in warm water for 10–15 seconds until soft and pliable.
- Place the softened rice paper on a damp surface and add a layer of cooked vermicelli noodles, followed by shredded carrots, finely chopped cabbage, and your choice of protein in the center.
- Fold in the sides and roll the rice paper tightly, similar to wrapping a burrito.
- Lightly spray each roll with oil to achieve crispiness.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and arrange the rolls seam-side down, air frying for 8–10 minutes.
- Serve these delightful rolls hot alongside your favorite dipping sauce.
